Casa Fuego was never in the original plan. The Reyes family had built Fuego Taqueria into a Miami institution and expanded to Dallas when Ana Reyes asked a simple question: what if we could sit down?
Casa Fuego opened in Dallas Uptown in 2012 — same kitchen philosophy, same sourcing standards, a completely different pace. The room was designed for lingering. The menu was designed for conversation.
Today, three locations across Dallas, Miami, and Scottsdale carry the Casa Fuego name. Every night, Executive Chef Maria Santos and her team execute a menu that changes with the season and never compromises on the recipe.
